The Portuguese Environment Agency (APA) is committed to protecting the privacy of any personal data it may collect in the various areas of operation of this website, particulary that required by law or contract.

Depending on the nature of the interaction, only if it is necessary, APA may request certain personal data. Any request for data will always be made in accordance with legal requirements to obtain statistical information regarding the number of users, their interaction level on the website, and the data previously provided.

Os períodos de conservação dos dados pessoais podem mudar significativamente quando estejam em causa fins de arquivo de interesse público, motivos históricos, científicos ou estatísticos, comprometendo-se a APA a adotar as medidas de conservação e segurança adequadas.
